IMI Level 3 Award in Automotive Air Conditioning Servicing and Maintenance (EC842-2006) (VRQ)

• Up to 5 candidates per course

This Course has been developed to enable the motor vehicle technician with a minimum FGAS Qualification, to understand the inner workings of the vehicle Climate Control system in it's entirety.

By breaking down how the complete system operates from the state of the refrigerant at any given moment to pressure temperature relationship and electronic components responsible for cabin air temperature control and conditioning.

Upon successful completion of this course:

• Accurate servicing
• Maintenance and fault diagnosis should be possible due to the level of system understanding obtained.
